Therapy is a safe, supportive place to strengthen your relationship with yourself and others.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process built on connection. I bring warmth and realness into our work together, creating a space where you can explore your emotions, relationships, and experiences without pretending to have it all figured out. I believe the relationship we build together in therapy is just as important to the therapeutic process as the techniques we use. It is a safe, low-stakes place to learn about your relational patterns and experience trying something new. By fostering care, curiosity, compassion, and acceptance, we will deepen these qualities in your relationships with yourself and others.
What this looks like in practice is the opportunity to speak directly about what you feel, need, and want in real time, and to move through what comes afterward. Some sessions might feel like meaningful conversations, while others may be more structured, focusing on specific tools and skills. Therapy is a space for you, so we'll check in regularly about how things are going and adjust along the way.

I believe that people's impulses, thoughts, and decisions are shaped by their contexts. As we move through life, our nervous system calibrates to what feels safe and predictable, then pushes us to select for it. Sometimes when we move into new contexts, or want to, our system needs an update. This can create inner conflict between the parts developed to keep us safe and the self that wants to grow and come forward. Through our work, we build insight into your inner world and create safety in new ways, both through somatic practice and corrective experience.

I specialize in working with adult clients navigating stress, anxiety, overwhelm, self-criticism, attachment issues, and the effects of trauma, including complex PTSD. Together we explore these experiences and how you've learned to cope, moving toward the life you want to live.
I have experience supporting people stretched thin by burnout and constant demands from others. I'm especially passionate about working with women and mothers seeking an ally as they navigate change. My approach is compassionate and practical, focused on creating an experience of support, understanding, and empowerment to access what you want and need.
I also support people with ADHD and those on the autism spectrum in increasing executive functioning, self-advocacy, and sensory awareness, and in building authentic relationships without the cost of forced masking. The overarching aim is to help clients build a life that fits who they are, rather than reshaping them to meet neurotypical expectations.
I draw from a variety of modalities to support my clients depending on their needs. I typically work from a foundation of Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, somatic therapy, and trauma-informed care.
I also regularly use psychoeducation with my clients. It provides clarity, and understanding what's happening in your brain and nervous system can help you build a supportive relationship between yourself and your body
