The path to healing begins with connection, curiosity, and compassion, sometimes the bravest step is asking for support. Therapy is a collaborative journey where connection becomes the foundation for healing and growth. Together, we will explore the complexities of your emotions, relationships, and life experiences.
I bring warmth, authenticity, and relational depth into the therapy space. I work from a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and developmentally attuned lens, integrating psychodynamic theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, play therapy, and narrative therapy. At its core, my practice is centered on connection, as I believe the therapeutic relationship itself can be a powerful space for healing, modeling, and growth. Whether we're using creative expression, play, or reflective conversation, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported and truly understood.

I don’t see therapy as a place to be “fixed,” but as a space to be understood. Therapy with me is about exploring the parts of you that need care, compassion, and connection. I believe we heal in relationship, with ourselves, with others, and with the stories we carry. Sessions with me might be deep and emotional, but they can also be filled with humor, creativity, and moments of lightness. Sometimes the most healing moments are the ones that bring a little laughter. I believe every person has an inner world that deserves to be heard, even if it takes time to find the words.
Whether we’re talking, creating, or sharing a laugh, I strive to make therapy a space where all parts of you are welcome. If any part of this resonates with you, I’d be honored to be part of your healing process. Please reach out!
