She/Her

Helping individuals overcome burnout and trauma to find balance and purpose.

As a high-achieving professional juggling countless responsibilities, you may feel burned out, stuck, or overwhelmed. I get it. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 25 years in the workforce spanning operations, corporate and leadership roles. I truly understand the high-pressure work culture and how it can wear you down. I specialize in helping people like you overcome workplace trauma, chronic stress, and burnout, and reconnect with a sense of balance and purpose in your life. Together, we’ll link your workplace challenges to deeper personal patterns or past experiences, fostering meaningful, long-lasting change. I especially enjoy working with women in leadership and BIPOC professionals, providing a culturally sensitive, affirming space to navigate issues around identity, bias, and generational trauma.

  • You’ll find my style professional yet warm – sessions often feel like a productive conversation with a trusted professional who genuinely “gets” your world. We’ll work in partnership, gently challenging unhelpful patterns and celebrating your progress along the way. Ultimately, I aim to help you achieve clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose, both personally and professionally. I’m committed to working together until you feel balanced and empowered

  • My counseling philosophy is collaborative, pragmatic, and deep when needed. I won’t just quietly listen – I’ll actively seek to understand, apply therapeutic techniques and give you tools, and guidance every step of the way. Therapy with me is tailored to your needs. I blend Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) for quick, practical problem-solving with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help reframe unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. I also draw on mindfulness and acceptance-based techniques from DBT and ACT (like practicing radical acceptance and aligning actions with your core values) to build long-term resilience and self-acceptance. All of this is done through a trauma-informed lens at a pace that feels right for you. I often incorporate psychoeducation as well – whether we’re improving your sleep hygiene and self-care routines or exploring leadership development concepts to help you grow in your career.

My goal is for you to gain real, tangible results in your day-to-day life, and insights into the real you during our sessions.

  • I utilize various therapeutic approaches to address challenges, including CBT to change negative thought patterns, Trauma-Focused Therapy for healing, MBSR to reduce stress, DBT to manage emotions, Psychodynamic Therapy to explore unconscious patterns, SFBT to find present solutions, and Cultural Competence Therapy to improve cultural intelligence and understanding.
