  • I believe therapy is a collaborative process. One where your story is honored, not judged. Grounded in Narrative Therapy, my approach begins with deep listening: to your lived experience, the roles you’ve taken on, the messages you’ve received, and the meaning you’ve made.

    Together, we’ll explore how these stories have shaped your path and which ones still serve you. My role isn’t to tell you who you are, but to help you reconnect with your voice, clarify your values, and build a future that feels strong, confident, and true to you.

    I hold space for reflection and self-discovery, but I also believe in moving forward with intention. We’ll work with your strengths, not just your struggles, to shape a chapter that aligns with where you want to go.

    In our work together I will walk alongside you to uncover the strength that is already there and shape a story that aligns with the life you’re ready to lead.

  • I primarily work from a Narrative Therapy lens, helping clients make meaning of their experiences, name what matters, and reconnect with their values, agency, and strengths. I also draw from Interpersonal Therapy and Existential perspectives, depending on what fits your needs and goals.

    I focus on working with:

    • Professionals driven to grow, navigating career transitions, or managing burnout and the pressures of high expectations

    • Mothers and parents stepping into new chapters - through fertility struggles, the highs and lows of pregnancy and postpartum, or the complex mix of love, loss, and identity that can come with this journey.

    • Older teens navigating the complexities of growing up, balancing academic and social pressures while discovering who they are and what they want to become.

    I approach this work with deep respect for each client’s lived experience. My goal is to walk alongside you as we explore your story, navigate the challenges of this chapter, and move toward what’s next with care.

  • $160 per 50-55 minute session

    $170 first intake session

    I accept Premera, Lifewise, Anthem, Regence, and BCBS insurance.
