With 10 years of experience, I am dedicated to walking alongside children, teens, young adults, and parents on their path to healing and self-discovery. Through a person-centered and strengths-based approach, I believe the client is the expert in their life and already holds the tools they need to fully achieve their goals. I am committed to creating a safe and accepting environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement.

I specialize in working with children age 7 and up, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges in school, self-harm, trauma, and substance use. I also work with adults navigating difficult life transitions, helping them harness their strengths to break free from unhelpful patterns. Together, we identify and challenge limiting beliefs that may be holding them back from reaching their full potential.

I hold a master's degree in mental health counseling and psychology from Teachers College Columbia University. My training includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in schools, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to collaborate with clients to create meaningful, lasting change in order to lead a more fulfilling life.
